To further advance our partnership, Secretary Blinken and Foreign Minister Mondino signed a Framework of Understanding that reestablishes a bilateral High-Level Dialogue.  This framework will foster increased cooperation on key issues such as trade, economic growth, and environmental sustainability.  By aligning our efforts, both nations can build a more resilient and prosperous future for our citizens.
