Oversight

The Oversight module is a universal component that is useful within many other SocialGov modules. We define Oversight as the need to keep tabs on your projects and bring in the deliverables on-time and on budget.

This module functions by creating a set of target dates and deliverables that are used in most other modules.

  • Procurement
    • Set deliverables on when each stage of the work must be performed and what is expected from the contractor.
  • Requisitions
    • Set deliverables on when your staff is expected to complete each step in the process you specified.
  • Asset Management
    • Has the maintenance on the road maintenance equipment been completed? Has the roof on the school been repaired before the Winter arrives?  

This and other are the sort of items that tracked by the Oversight module.
